At ESBC, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we handle data when using our FileMaker-based Gmail integration.

1. What Information We Access

Our integration with Gmail only accesses the following:

• Your email address (for identification purposes)
• The ability to send emails on your behalf using the Gmail API

2. How We Use the Information

The access is strictly used to send email messages via your Gmail account, initiated by actions in the FileMaker system. We do not read, store, or analyze your emails or contacts.

3. Data Storage

No Gmail content (emails, metadata, attachments) is stored on our servers. OAuth tokens are stored securely within your FileMaker system for authorized sending.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share any information accessed through Gmail with third parties. Your data is used solely within your organization’s FileMaker system.

5. User Control

You may revoke access to the integration at any time via your Google Account Permissions page.
